Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes into eighths. Put everything on a baking sheet, add the thickly sliced tomatoes, bay leaves, rosemary, olive oil, white wine and chopped garlic, mix everything and distribute evenly on the sheet, salt everything.
Fry in the oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour until the chicken pieces and the potatoes are golden brown, turning in between.
