Wash the potatoes and then cook them together with the skin.
Mix the oil with the spices. Peel and crush the garlic clove and add to the oil mixture.
Now take the boiled potatoes out of the water and cut each in 2 halves (but do not peel them). The potato halves are marinated with the oil mixture and must then steep for at least 1 hour. Only then grill in an aluminum mold or prepare in a grill pan.
