Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika and mix in the pesto. Spread the mixture in strips in the middle of the ham slices, roll up and place next to each other in a baking dish with the seam facing down. Mix the tomatoes with the cream, if necessary season a little with any suitable spices or herbs. Spread the mixture over the rolls and sprinkle the mozzarella on top. Baked in the oven at around 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
This goes well with pasta of any kind or even rice with a Mediterranean flavor.
