Ingredients

• 350 ml milk
• 110 g chocolate (60 percent cocoa)
• 6 g cocoa powder
• 20 g suar
• 9 g cornstarch
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• little cinnamon
• little nutmeg

Instructions

1. Dissolve the chocolate in a saucepan with a sip of milk and add cocoa powder, salt and sugar.
2. Whisk the cornstarch with the rest of the milk, slowly add and bring to the boil.
3. Refine with cinnamon and nutmeg or as you like and, if necessary, garnish with marshmallows, whipped cream and a little cocoa powder.
