Break the macaroni into small pieces and cook until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Puree the tuna and anchovies in a blender. Then put the tuna mixture in a salad bowl. Halve the olives and add to the tuna mixture. Cut the sheep`s cheese and tomatoes into small cubes and add them as well. Mix the oil with the vinegar and the herbs. Put the pasta in a colander and rinse. Mix everything together and the salad is ready.
