Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection) or 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Finely dice the dried tomatoes, chop the olives. Mix well with the minced meat, Italian herbs, bread roll, egg and Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with thyme, basil, oregano, pepper and salt. If the mixture is too firm, add another egg.
  3. Shape walnut-sized balls with moistened hands and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
