Knead the minced meat with diced onions, the soaked and squeezed bun, eggs and milk into a mass, season with salt and pepper. Cut a bell pepper, tomatoes and Gouda cheese into cubes and fold in.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in the greased pan. Hollow out and quarter the two remaining peppers and place around the minced meat.
Bake on the second rack from the bottom for approx. 45 minutes at 200 ° C in the preheated oven.
Heat the meat stock and mix it with the cream, creme fraiche and paprika powder. If you like a lot of sauce, you can simply double the amount of sauce. Pour the sauce over the meatloaf and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Boiled potatoes, rice or baguette go well with it. A crunchy salad also tastes great with it.
Tip:
Also vary with two diced pickles and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
