Slowly fry the minced meat with olive oil when it is browned, add the wine and simmer for about 1 minute.
Then add the diced ingredients, celery, carrot, parsley and garlic. Immediately afterwards add the bay leaves. And let it simmer again.
Then come the strained tomatoes and 1 tablespoon. Add tomato paste and the grated Parmesan cheese. Season everything with Italian herbs, salt, pepper and 1 stock cube.
Then let the sauce simmer slowly for about 1 hour and stir occasionally.
