Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Add the crumbled yeast and salt. Add 1/8 l milk. Only use the remaining milk if the batter is too firm. Knead a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes in a warm place. Roll out on flour as thick as a pencil. Grease the 26 cm springform pan and line with the dough.
  2. Peel, chop or slice the onions. Coarsely grate the cheese. Finely dice the bacon. Fry the bacon in the hot butter. Add onions and sauté until soft. Let cool slightly. Fold in cheese. Fold in the whisked eggs and sour cream. Fold in the spices.
  3. Spread the filling on the dough. Shape in the preheated oven (middle rail). Bake the cake for 30 minutes. Electric: 225-250 degrees, gas: level 4-5
