Instructions

  1. Boil the penne in salted water as usual and drain well. A dash of olive oil ensures that the penne do not stick to each other.
  2. Wash the zucchini well, then grate and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, sauté the chopped onion and a chopped clove of garlic with plenty of olive oil until translucent. Add the zucchini and the second whole clove of garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water from the zucchini has boiled off and the vegetables are soft. Then add the prawns and the sliced smoked salmon and season with peperoncini or chili, salt and pepper to taste and season. Then cook on the lowest heat for about 5 minutes. Finally, remove the pan from the stove and add the drained penne and mix well. Sprinkle with parmesan if necessary.
