Knead all ingredients well with your hands in a bowl. The mass should now have an easily malleable consistency. Possibly sprinkle some breadcrumbs. Then season and form approx. 35 small balls out of it. Then let it rest for 15 minutes so that the spices can soak through.
Brown in hot olive oil for approx. 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
Serve with spaghetti with tomato sauce or serve on a cold buffet.
