Dice onions and garlic and sweat in olive oil, but do not let them take any color. Add canned tomatoes and olives and heat slowly, season with the herbs and spices. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Possibly add seasoning. It can also be spicy.
Pour the sauce on the pork fillet slices and put the pan in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
