Clean and wash the strawberries, then puree 250g of them. Mix the mascarpone with the quark and powdered sugar. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices.
Now layer in a mold as follows: strawberries, mascarpone cream, half of the amarettini (will not be crushed), strawberry puree, mascarpone cream, strawberries and the second half of the amarettini (will be crumbled beforehand).
