Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the strawberries, then puree 250g of them. Mix the mascarpone with the quark and powdered sugar. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices.
  2. Now layer in a mold as follows: strawberries, mascarpone cream, half of the amarettini (will not be crushed), strawberry puree, mascarpone cream, strawberries and the second half of the amarettini (will be crumbled beforehand).
  3. Chill and consume within the next 2 hours.
