Wash and clean the lettuce, halve or quarter the tomatoes, cut the onion into rings, the radishes into slices and add to the salad with the drained, torn tuna. Season with oil, lemon, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
Now clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in the olive oil like the wild garlic pesto or pressed garlic.
Arrange the salad on plates and add the warm mushrooms.
