Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
For the schnitzel, whisk the egg with a little cream in a deep plate. Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan in a second plate.
Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper, paprika and dried basil. Turn first in egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the schnitzel for 5-6 minutes, turn and fry for another 4-5 minutes. They mustn`t get too dark.
Season the sauce to taste and serve everything.
Tip:
You can put a slice of sandwich cheese on the seared side of each schnitzel.
