Instructions

  1. First cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite, drain and rinse. Dice the peppers, zucchini, tomatoes and onions.
  2. Cook the prepared vegetables in the vegetable stock. Season to taste with tomato paste and herbs from Provence. Add the pasta just before consumption.
