Wash the romaine lettuce and cut into strips. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes depending on their size and add to the salad with the almond sticks.
Mix the cream cheese with milk and lemon juice until smooth and season with salt, pepper and basil.
Pour over the salad and mix well.
Also tastes good with coarse Parmesan slices or any diced cheese (e.g. Mozzarella, Bel Pasese, Provolone or Gorgonzola)
