Rinse the potatoes and place them wet in a freezer bag. Close the freezer bag with a string. (Do not close with the corresponding clips, which contain metal.) Poke several small holes in the freezer bag with a fork or a pointed object.
Then place on the turntable of the microwave without a cover and cook at 750 watts for about 5-6 minutes. Remove carefully, the bag is very hot.
I always do a cooking test, it depends on the size of the potatoes, if necessary cook again briefly.
As a side dish, you can serve quark with herbs, herring, etc.
