- Mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, add yoghurt and eggs one after the other and stir until smooth. Also integrate lemon peel.
- Mix flour with baking powder and salt, then add and mix. The dough is a bit softer than yeast dough, so dust your hands with powdered sugar.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar and granulated sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely and cut into slices.
