First the jalapenos are cut up and processed into a mass with the hand blender and placed in a saucepan. The remaining ingredients, except for the preserving sugar, are added and then everything is reduced over a low heat. Shortly before the desired consistency, the preserving sugar is added to the hot pot and briefly boiled.
Put everything nice and hot in a glass and close.
Tastes especially good on grilled meat. Watch out, spicy!
