In a bowl, mix both flours with baking powder, baking soda, almonds and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk the egg, stir with the oil, sugar and yoghurt with the whisk, add the flour mixture and stir everything well.
Half of the dough into the prepared molds, make a small depression and add 1 teaspoon of jam, then distribute the rest of the dough on top. Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes.
Put a black chocolate blob on each of the cooled muffins and marble with a chopstick and a white chocolate blob.
