Instructions

  1. In a food processor, chop the garlic, onions, and peppers into a kind of pesto. Sweat the mixture in a pan with a little olive oil and deglaze with beet syrup, maple syrup and tomato paste.
  2. Put the ketchup and the tomatoes in the slow cooker and preheat to high.
  3. Then add the garlic, onions, paprika and syrup mixture to the slow cooker. Season to taste with smoked salt, smoked paprika, chilli and pepper.
  4. I added the espresso and the cola after about 1 hour.
  5. Let simmer open for a total of 2 hours, then add the rum and fill hot into boiled bottles and close quickly.
