Instructions

  2. Stir the dough every morning. On the 5th day, feed Hermann the same amounts as on the 1st day. It is baked on the 10th day.
  3. On the baking day, Hermann has to fill a cup for you and a cup for a friend and the recipe is one of them.
  4. Put the rest in a bowl and mix in the following ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of raisins, 1 cup of ground hazelnuts, 1/2 cup of oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir everything in carefully until the ingredients are well mixed.
  5. Pour the dough into a well-greased and floured loaf pan. Before baking, add a mixture of a piece of melted butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and a tablespoon of cinnamon.
  6. Then Hermann bake at about 180 ° C for about 45 minutes, possibly a little longer. (Caution, the butter can burn easily, check it regularly and cover it if necessary).
