Someone who is very lazy always comes to the barbecue party with a pack of ready-made coleslaw, which then remains closed until the end, and sausages usually have too many anyway. My grandma also called these leftover stews pork buckets.
Drain the coleslaw through a sieve. Cut the bratwurst into pieces about the thickness of your thumb. Fry the bratwurst pieces in a saucepan with oil over a high temperature. When the bratwurst pieces are browned, reduce the temperature and add the coleslaw. Add mustard and salsa and let simmer for another 4 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Baguette or a roll tastes good with it, but also boiled potatoes.
