Instructions

  1. Clean and quarter the cabbage, remove the hard stalk. Cut the quarters into fine strips.
  2. Peel and fillet the oranges, squeeze the juice from the skins for the dressing into a bowl. Add orange juice to four tablespoons. Mix with the lemon juice, a little honey, salt, pepper and oil to make a dressing.
  3. Cut the washed apples unpeeled into thin wedges and add to the dressing immediately so that they do not turn brown. Mix in the orange fillets and strips of cabbage. Let something go.
  4. Roughly chop the walnuts and roast them brown in a pan without fat, leave to cool.
  5. Season the salad to taste and serve sprinkled with the walnuts.
