Instructions

  1. Place the gelatine in cold water for about 10 minutes. Each sheet of gelatine needs its own deep plate with cold water, otherwise lumps can form.
  2. Then do not squeeze out the gelatine too much and put it in a saucepan. Slightly heat the gelatine in the pot and let it melt while stirring constantly. Caution: The gelatine must not boil, otherwise it will no longer set properly after it has cooled down. Now slowly add the juice while stirring constantly. Mix well until the gelatine is completely mixed with the juice, approx. 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Finally, put the jello in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day.
  4. Attention, important information about the juice from which you make the jelly: The juice must always be a little sweeter than you would drink it, as it loses its sweetness when it cools down. For Muslims who are not allowed to eat pork: replace the gelatine with agar agar
