Dissolve the pudding powder in the water and let it soak for about 5 minutes. Add sugar and heat, but do not boil. Take the saucepan off the stove and add alcohol of your choice. Stir well and fill into small portion bowls with lids (not to the edge, otherwise the lid will be difficult to close). Let cool down briefly.
Close the lid and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Makes about 17-19 bowls with a volume of approx. 25 ml.
