Ingredients

• 700 ml vodka
• 700 ml lemonade (bitter lemon)
• ml 1,000 ice cream (vanilla)
• 750 ml morello cherries, pitted, in a glass with all the juice
• 3 teaspoons cane sugar

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients except the ice cream in a large saucepan. Chill for 2-3 hours, leave to steep. 5 minutes before serving, add the ice cream (cut into small pieces) to the saucepan. Serve the punch in punch glasses with a stick or spoon.
