Mix the soft butter (room temperature) with the hand mixer until foamy, add the white wine. Chop the herbs and onion as finely as possible (do not puree) and add. Now finely chop the garlic cloves or put them in the garlic press and stir in until everything has a nice consistency and season with salt and pepper. Now you can pour the mixture into a piping bag (choose a large opening because of the herbs and onions), sprinkle small florets on baking paper and refrigerate.
