The recipe for juicy meat baked in the oven under a fur coat. Any type of meat is suitable for the recipe, I cooked pork. Baked meat with tomatoes and cheese turns out to be very tasty, and most importantly juicy. Perfect for both lunch and a festive table!
Turn on the oven, preheat to 200 degrees. Beat the pork (portioned pieces of small thickness) well with a special hammer. I beat the meat under the film with a rolling pin – it will also do in the absence of a hammer. But with a hammer it will turn out to beat off the meat thinner, and it will be softer. Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides.
Grease the meat with sour cream on both sides.
Bake pork in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
Cut the onion into thin strips.
Pour boiling water over the onion, add vinegar, sugar and salt. Leave the onion to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Drain the water from the onion through a sieve and dry the onion with a paper towel. Remove the meat from the oven. Place the onion on the pork in a heatproof dish
Put the tomatoes on the onion. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Sprinkle pork with onions and tomatoes with grated cheese on top. Bake meat with tomatoes and cheese in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Juicy meat under a cheese and vegetable coat is ready. When serving, sprinkle baked meat with fresh herbs.
