Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with flour.
  2. Beat the butter with the eggs, Nutella and sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture. Then add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, cocoa and nuts one after the other. Finally, stir in the bananas piece by piece and the flour spoon by spoon. Pour the batter into the baking pan.
  3. Lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 60-65 minutes, depending on the oven. Do the first stick test after approx. 50 minutes.
  4. Take the finished cake out of the oven and cover it with a tea towel and let it cool down on a rack for about 15 minutes, only then remove it from the tin.
  5. It tastes best when it is lukewarm.
