Mix the first 6 ingredients well and season to taste, use a little less salt at first, then more if necessary.
Make a roll with a diameter of 5 cm from the mixture and portion it into 8 slices (approx. 2 cm thick). Wrap the edges of the slices with 2 slices of bacon each.
Fry the burgers in a pan in a little oil for about 3 minutes on each side and cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
If you want cheeseburgers, I add slices of raclette cheese after about 10 minutes in the oven.
Either serve as a hamburger with onions, pickles, etc. on a roll.
Alternative to grilling: Pre-cook in the oven for about 20 minutes and then briefly place on the grill again.
Note: The recipe assumes 2 burgers per person (250 g meat each). For weak eaters, it is also enough for 6-8 people!
