Instructions

  1. Wash the currants and pluck them from the stems. Coarsely grate the chocolate.
  2. Beat the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour and baking powder, gradually pour through a fine sieve into the dough and work in thoroughly.
  3. Spread half of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the chocolate evenly on top. Now put the currants on the dough.
