Preheat the oven to 160 ° C fan oven. Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry with kitchen paper. Season with sweet paprika, salt and pepper on both sides and fry with a little oil in a pan at medium temperature.
Cut the onions into thin rings, as well as the chilli pepper. Spread both in a greased casserole dish and just cover with the broth. Then place the chicken breast fillets on top so that they rest on the onions. Place in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness).
The evaporating liquid prevents the chickens from drying out as quickly and still remains crispy because they don`t cook in the broth. This goes well with salad or vegetable rice.
Tip: The bed for the chickens can be varied infinitely. You can use spring onions, pepper strips, fennel, various herbs such as rosemary or sage, lemon wedges and much more
