Wash the meat, dab it well and cut it into bite-sized, not too small pieces. Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients and soak the meat in it for at least 4 hours, or better overnight.
Then stick the pieces of meat on wooden skewers. Now fry the skewers in a non-stick pan on all sides. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the pieces of meat. Finally sprinkle some salt over it.
