Instructions

  1. You need 3 ovenproof mason jars.
  2. Melt the chocolate over the water bath. Liquefy the butter in the pan.
  3. Mix the eggs with the sugar. Mix the egg mixture with the liquid chocolate and butter.
  4. Now pour the liquid batter into the glasses.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat, when the glasses are about as high as a cake tin, for about 25 - 30 minutes.
  6. Then sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Now you can enjoy the sweet chocolate cakes yourself or give them away.
