- You need 3 ovenproof mason jars.
- Melt the chocolate over the water bath. Liquefy the butter in the pan.
- Mix the eggs with the sugar. Mix the egg mixture with the liquid chocolate and butter.
- Now pour the liquid batter into the glasses.
- Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat, when the glasses are about as high as a cake tin, for about 25 - 30 minutes.
- Then sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Now you can enjoy the sweet chocolate cakes yourself or give them away.
