Knead the dough ingredients into a dough and leave to rise covered for about 30 - 40 minutes. Then roll out the dough.
Now mix the ingredients for the filling and spread over the dough. Then roll the dough into a roll and cut into about 10 pieces, let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake them in a buttered casserole dish at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
