Divide the meat into 2 portions, shape into flat burger patties, pour a good sip of teriyaki sauce over each, distribute it well, massage into the patties and let it steep for a while (2 - 3 hours).
Fry the bacon slices in butter and halve the rolls and fry the insides briefly in the same pan or toast them briefly. Fry the meat on both sides, slowly melt the cheese on it and then top the burger (see video for an example).
