Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then stir in the oil slowly. Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder and carefully stir in together with the yoghurt. Pour the dough into a greased bundt cake pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
