Instructions

  1. Grind about half of the total nuts, chop the other half (it is best to buy accordingly). Finely chop the dried fruit. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy and stir in the honey. Add a pinch of salt. Then stir in the chopped and ground nuts as well as the oat and coconut flakes and the dried fruit slowly and evenly. Season to taste with cinnamon.
