Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. We beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer until they are nice and creamy. Then we add the lukewarm and melted butter while stirring.
  3. Now the sour cream comes into the mixer, always nice and spoonful. Finally, add semolina, flour and baking powder. We stir it a few more seconds until everything has mixed up.
  4. We now put the dough in the mold without baking paper or butter. We put these in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile we make the sugar syrup with which the semolina slices are poured at the end. To do this, we add the sugar and vanilla sugar to the water and let everything boil and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  6. As soon as the semolina dough is ready, we take it out of the oven and pour the sugar syrup over it.
