Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs together. Add sour cream, oil and a pinch of salt and stir. Then slowly add the flour with the baking powder and stir. Chop the chocolate and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan, spread the drained cherries on top.
  2. Bake at 170 degrees on the middle rack for 45 minutes.
