Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease a baking pan and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs.
  2. Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and eggs with a hand mixer until creamy. Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder together and gradually stir into the batter. Add the sour cream and, if you like, the pulp of a vanilla pod to the batter and stir well.
  3. Now put half of the dough in the baking pan. Mix the remaining dough with cocoa powder and Nutella. Now spread this dough as a second layer on the light dough.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees, then let the cake cool down and, if you like, either sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with a chocolate icing.
