Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon. of the olive oil, and mix everything. Cook the filet for 4 minutes over high heat until done. Take out the chicken from the frying pan and place it into a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of the olive oil to the pan and sauté the onions until transparent.
Pour in the wine and evaporate it over high heat stirring occasionally.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat until done. Add salt and pepper to taste, and sour cream. Stew everything for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Cut the top evenly off the bread. Remove the crumb (do not throw it away – you can dry it and make breadcrumbs).
Place the bread on a baking tray and put half of the mushrooms in the middle. Put the chicken and the remaining mushrooms. Smooth the surface.
Put a layer of the grated cheese on top. Bake the julienne in bread in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
