Instructions

  1. Cook the mie noodles for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. Dice the vegetables or cut them into slices or strips, chop the garlic cloves very finely. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large, non-stick pan or wok and steam the garlic and vegetables in it for about 10 minutes at low heat.
  3. Then add the bean sprouts and the mie noodles and stir everything well. Then mix in the soy sauce, sesame oil and spices.
  4. If you like it spicy, add 1 tablespoon sambal oelek or a very finely chopped chilli pepper.
  5. Everyone can prepare these recipes according to their own taste. I recommend using 3-4 types of vegetables, such as leeks, carrots, onions, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, everything that tastes good and can be quartered or cut into strips. Dried mushrooms such as Mu Err or Shiitake are also delicious.
  6. The mie noodles can also be easily replaced with 200 g rice.
  7. If you like tofu, you can also add it diced.
  8. Instead of bean sprouts, mung bean sprouts also go very well.
  9. Pan-fried turkey or chicken also tastes delicious when stirred under the finished pan.
  10. If you don`t have Chinese spices in your cupboard, take paprika powder, curry, garlic spices, chilli, salt and pepper.
