Instructions

  1. Make a roux from the flour and butter. Then put the spaghetti in boiling water. Add the cream to the roux. Boil. Now add the spices and basil. Bring to the boil again. Now just stir the parmesan into the sauce. Strain the spaghetti. Serve. If the sauce is too thin, just add sauce thickener.
