Pour the green tea with hot, not boiling water and let it steep for at least 20 minutes. Add the honey and stir well. Let the tea cool down.
Add the kombucha mushroom and kombucha liquid. Let the tea ferment for 10 days. Try again and again with a straw in between: Depending on your taste, the fermentation time can be shortened or lengthened. The longer the tea stands, the more acidic the liquid becomes.
