Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls in a bowl of water. Peel and finely chop garlic cloves, peel 2 onions and cut into cubes. Squeeze out the soaked bread roll and chop it into small pieces. Mix the minced meat with the raw eggs, the chopped rolls, the garlic and the onions and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Peel and dice the other 2 onions and spread them with a little oil in a roasting pan. Shape the minced meat into a loaf, place in the roaster and fry in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour until crispy brown. After the first 30 minutes, pour a cup of water over the roast.
