Cut the onions into small pieces and lightly rub in the lard or oil. Add the finely chopped white cabbage, sweat and season with marjoram, salt, approx. 2 tablespoon paprika powder, ketchup and caraway seeds.
Pour in 1 1/2 l meat stock and bring to the boil slightly (do not let the cabbage become too soft). Cut the potatoes into small cubes, add and cook until the potatoes are tender.
Cut the crackers into slices, fry in a little oil and add. Finally refine it with a mug of sour cream and serve with a little finely chopped parsley.
