Instructions

  1. Put the water, sugar, the pounded and sliced vanilla pod and the coffee powder in a saucepan and simmer for 1 hour. Let cool down.
  2. Then pour the vodka into the cooled liquid. Put in a tightly sealable container (such as a mason jar) and let stand for about 30 days. Shake it occasionally.
  3. Is used e.g. for mixing many cocktails such as B52.
